How and when your box reaches you.

Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners.

Delivery charges

  • Standard delivery: ₹79 per order.
  • Free delivery on orders of ₹1,499 or more (after discounts).
  • Cash on Delivery is available for an additional ₹49.

Dispatch & delivery time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Delivered in 3–7 working days; remote locations may take longer. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive the courier name and tracking number. You can also check the status any time on our Track Order page with your order ID and mobile number.

Undelivered packages

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the recipient was unavailable after multiple attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.

If the outer carton looks damaged, please take a photo before opening and see our Return Policy.
